UPDATES: 2012 International DragFest

[April28 8:15p.m.]

"Chillen op de Antillen", that's what we say here! Today we took things easy, relaxed a bit, charging ourselves up for this awesome weekend.

With this view of Gosieweg we had lunch today, Moksi Meti with fried rice and fried noodles, delicious. We  also tweaked a bit with our cameras, prepping everything for tonight.

We had a talk with Jordan Freitas from Balachi Racing Team yesterday and he was telling us that today's Street Legal  event will have a very large field of cars and bikes, both from Curacao, Aruba and Bonaire! They also introduced a new re-entry system that makes it possible to move to 2nd round of elimination even if you lost in the 1st round.

OOOHHHH yesss it's going to be awesome tonight, the first street legal event of the year.

See you there!!

DUSHI KORSOU....boy we love these cool, breezy mornings, especially when it's during racing weekend. Yesterday we started off with a stroll through Otrabanda and Punda for some sightseeing and of course BREAKFAST!

After the hearty meal it was time to get to busy, so we headed to the Curacao International Raceway, Ronde Klip. This is going to be the stage for the upcoming MEGA event: International DragFest 2012 presented by Still Balling Racing.
...excited yet?

Once there we met up with some of the Aruban racers, waiting on custom-agents to clear their containers and begin unloading their racing equipment and vehicles...

It got really exciting when we saw this rolling in...Meyer Racing Crew from Brievengat, Curacao was about to unload and test their new RX-3, with new tires...in preperation for the International DragFest 2012.

Here's a cool clip made by the crew at ExoticBoost Curacao, enjoy!

So there you have it.....keep this tab opened, to get instant updates and news...
See you soon..

WHAAAATSUUUUUP PapoRacing friends and followers.
We are here. After a very short flight, we arrived in Curacao and we sure didn't waste any time. On our way home we stopped by our good friends RysoTech at Curacao Dyno Center as they were just wraping things up on a 3T turbo powered Toyota Corolla. We will be giving them a visit again shortly for more action.

Later on we went to Rondeclip Raceway and we met up with Balachi Racing Team working on some of their bikes, prepping them for upcoming events. W did take some pictures of everything but at this time we are having some minor issues uploading them. We will upload them as soon as we can.

So for now we say Goodnight, and we'll be back tomorrow.
